It has been a busy start to the week at Nafshenu, with preparations for the upcoming Passover Earth Day Seder well underway. Don't forget to register before the deadline next week - click here for more information. As we wind our way into next week's holiday, we're looking forward to gathering with you all this week. This Thursday at 7:00 PM join the conversation at Torah Study - held virtually via Zoom. On Friday, join us for our musical and reflective Kabbalat Shabbat services, in-person or virtually - followed by a community potluck Shabbat dinner.

What happens when a plague hits a house? Not human disease but rather decay, mold, disrepair, and general breakdown? Well, the Torah takes up housing blight
in this week’s portion – Metzora (Leviticus 14-15). And the way the early rabbis read this biblical text has more than a little in common with today’s urban reformers and activists.

Please, join your Nafshenu friends Thursday night (7-8pm) for a provocative and lively look at the Torah of housing, ancient and contemporary.
