ZOOM BIBLE STUDY
This weeks Torah and Haftarah are from the last chapters of the book of Numbers (30:2-36:13) and Isaiah (66:1-24). As the Shabbat blurb above suggests, the passages deal with oaths
and oath-keeping ("Promises, Promises"), God's love-hate relationship with the Israelites/Jews ("You'll Be Back") and protection of refugees ("Immigration Man.")
Please join your Nafshenu friends Thursday night 7-8pm on Zoom for a comparison of traditional Jewish and contemporary takes on these topics. And we will
hear the songs. Here's the link: bit.ly/NafTorah.
