IT'S GETTING CLOSER
Get set for
a DAIRY DELIGHT** on Sunday evening, 6-9pm, when the Nafshenu community gathers for a Shavuot potluck and service. Rabbi David is making sweet cheese and fruit-billed blintzes, while Lisa is preparing her legendary cheese kugel.
Thanks to all who have signed up to

A REMINDER that the Nafshenu's weekly Bible study is on tonight, 7-8pm. This week, we'll be reading from the Book of Ruth -- a customary Shavuot text. Just like the upcoming holiday, there's a lot to digest: how a legend set in the distant tribal history of Israel got turned into a morality story about love and acceptance of outsiders. Here's a Zoom link: bit.ly/NafTorah.
** Dairy food is customary on Shavuot, the early harvest festival in the Land of Israel.
Meanwhile, it's time for the rabbi to start making blintzes!
