The Nafshenu community ended
2025 on a high note with Food Justice Sunday. Thirty of us showed up yesterday at Anita and Menashe's house to make peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. We delivered 200-plus of them Monday- to Cathedral Kitchen, South Jersey's leading private food assistance agency.
Thanks to everyone who helped make life a little easier for needy families and individuals in our
community.
Now I have an ask from you: Please make a gift to help keep Nafshenu going into the new year.
Most of what we do at Nafshenu, from High Holidays to Shabbat
potlucks to Bible study, happens through volunteer labor. We aim to make Jewish life affordable and accessible to everyone in South Jersey, regardless of income.
Without set dues, we depend on gifts from the heart. Please make a year-end contribution -- whether its $18 or $1,800 or in between -- to keep the lights on and the wheels turning in our open, welcoming Jewish
