Change of plans for sukkah party

Standing out in the rain isn't much fun, and it looks like that's what's in store if we hold our Sukkot party as planned on Sunday afternoon at Eric and Shera's house.

So we have a new idea: Combine the party with our Simchat Torah celebration on Tuesday evening. The weather looks much better, and we'll honor the two adjoining holidays with one party.

PLEASE JOIN NAFSHENU for our Sukkot-Simchat Torah observance. We'll celebrate the fall harvest and the completion of the Torah reading cycle. It starts at 6pm Tuesday, Oct. 14 and ends with the school night in mind. We'll have round pizza (where every ending is a beginning), and salad. Please bring a beverage or dessert to share.

*We'll be at Shera and Eric's unless rain threatens again. In that event, we'll move to Prince of Peace. WE'LL LET YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE.
