Writing today from a convention of Reconstructing Judaism's leaders and rabbis, I'm energized and looking forward to our weekly Nafshenu Bible class (7-8pm). Our class is covering the last chapters of Exodus, which reflects the reconciliation between Moses and the Israelites after the Golden Calf incident.

NAFSHENU SCHEDULE INTO JUNE

We have a schedule for services, classes and food justice events for the next 12 weeks. Here's a look ahead:

• Zoom Bible study: Every Thursday but April 2 (Passover seder), 7-8pm. Link: bit.ly/NafTorah.

• Saturday, March 21: Shabbat morning service, Prince of Peace, 10am-12:30pm. 
• Thursday, April 2: Passover Seder, Prince of Peace, 6-8:30pm. No Bible study.
• Sunday, April 12: Food Justice Sunday, 1-3pm, at Anita and Menashe’s house, making sandwiches for Cathedral Kitchen.
• Friday, April 24: Shabbat evening service and potluck dinner at Prince of Peace, 6-8:30pm.
• Tuesday, April 21: Yom HaZikaron-Yom HaAtzma'ut, Israeli Memorial Day-Independence Day, location TBA, 7-8:30pm.
• Saturday, May 2: Shabbat morning service and potluck lunch at Prince of Peace. 10am-noon. 
• Sunday, May 10: Food Justice Sunday, at Karen and Steven's house, 1-3pm, making sandwiches for Cathedral Kitchen
• Thursday, May 21: Erev Shavuot special Zoom text study, 7-9pm. Link: bit.ly/NafTorah
• Friday, May 22:  Shavuot service and Torah reading (Ten Commandments), followed by dairy dinner at Prince of Peace, 6-9pm.
• Friday, June 5: Shabbat evening service and potluck dinner at Prince of Peace, 6-8:30pm.
